How much do you charge?

CarBuyHelp charges an all-inclusive flat rate of $150 for either our buying or selling service. We charge $25 up front to ensure our client is committed and the remaining $125 after the service is complete. If you wish to both buy and sell we charge $250.

If you’re unsure about which car you’d like, our experts would be glad to research and discuss different models, features (color, navigation, etc.), and warranties. If still unsure, we can arrange convenient test drives to help you make your choice.
Locating Your Car
We search through millions of ads from both dealers and private sellers to find cars that match your preferences.
Negotiating the Price
We independently appraise these cars and haggle with sellers to find the best deals.
We run a CARFAX report to ensure the seller is not hiding accidents or other problems.
Closing Your Deal
If desired, we make an appointment for you to have the car inspected by a mechanic.
We advise you on financing, registration, and any other questions you might have to complete the process.

What kinds of cars are available through your buying service?

We can find any vehicle for you, from new to used, from trucks to SUV’s…you name it! Of course, it all depends on the availability of a particular model in your area and on the criteria you are looking for.

How long does it take to find the car I want to buy?

It usually takes within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the availability of the year/make/model that you desire. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as we receive your request and will notify you with the estimated research time needed to find your car.

If I’m buying a car through your service, how many options will be presented to me?

CarBuyHelp presents 3-5 options depending on the models you have in mind or the criteria you are looking for. The number of options may also depend on the availability, location and price range of the vehicle you are looking to buy.

What if I do not want to buy any of the options?

We will gladly go back to the drawing board to search for more suitable cars or modify your model choice. If you are still unsatisfied and wish not to buy at all, we will not charge you the remaining $125 fee.

How much money can I save by buying through your service?

Since we are here to look after your welfare, we assure you that we will only direct your attention to the best deals available. With our negotiation alone, you can save hundreds of dollars.

How long does it take to sell my car?

It usually takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on several factors including demand and competition in the market. Should you wish your car to be sold as soon as possible, we must price it more aggressively.

What happens if my car doesn't sell?

There will always be someone who would like to buy your vehicle. It may take some time. However, if it is not sold after a long period, you may need to reduce the price. If you wish to keep your car rather than reducing the price, we will not charge you the $125 fee.

If I’m selling my car, how much will I get from it?

We will appraise your car based on various indexes and market research. We will confirm our appraisal price with you before placing ads to make sure you are satisfied with the price.

How much more can I get by selling my vehicle through your service rather than trading it in?

On average, a dealership will make $3,000-$4,000 just from your trade-in, as they will typically only give you wholesale value for your car. With our service, you should save a few thousand dollars.

I want to sell my car and buy afterwards; can you help me in doing these two?

Yes. CarBuyHelp even offers a $50 discount for clients who want to use both services. Instead of the $300 total ($150 service charge when selling a vehicle + $150 service charge when buying a vehicle), we will only charge you $250.

I've had problems with my credit in the past; will this prevent me from purchasing a vehicle?

No. Fortunately, there are“bad credit” financing companies that we can recommend.

How do you handle closing of the deal and payments?

Once the deal is closed, we will give you advice on which documents to use and brief you before signing any legal paper during the transfer of ownership. We will also give you full information on your state’s DMV requirements and other fees.

Please be informed that we do not handle payments between buyers and sellers. We do not buy on behalf of our clients. We act as your consultant.

Do you earn commission from dealers?

We do not accept any commission from dealers. We do only what is in our client’s best interests.
